Jon Hess is a father of three who has coached both boys and girls Youth Lacrosse for over 15 years.
A former 3x National Champion at Princeton
3X All American Attackman,
Ivy League Player of the Year.
NCAA Division I Attackman of the year,
and Final Four MVP.
He is a former professional lacrosse player, playing in both the NLL for the NY Saints and the MLL for the New Jersey Pride where he was named an MLL All-Star.
Most Recently, he has successfully helped run his local Youth Lacrosse program in Rye, NY consisting of 750 boys and girls. In that capacity, he has coached all levels of youth and has focused his efforts on creating a positive approach to coaching, where ALL kids are taken into consideration, not just the top players.
Through Unlock Lacrosse, Jon is combining his love of lacrosse with his love of developing individuals thru helping them recognize their strengths in order to help them gain confidence.
