JON HESS
Jon is The Founder/Owner and Main Coach / Instructor of Unlock Lacrosse

Jon is a Father of 3 who has coached both boys and girls at the youth Level for over 15 Years
A former 3X National Champion at Princeton  & 3X All-American
Division 1 Attackman of the Year / Ivy League Player of the Year / Final Four MVP / & Major League Lacrosse All-Star

Most recently,
Jon helped run Rye Youth Lacrosse's 750 child program for a decade, serving as its President for the latter half of those years. 

Jon believes in developing kids and playing the long-game. 
Seeing kids improve is his energy!

ADAM McREDDIE
Adam loves kids, works with kids, and has been described by Jon as the Boys 5th Grade "B" Team Whisperer for his longstanding role as the coach of Rye Youth Lacrosses's 5th Grade B Team, where he continually inspires incredible feedback from parents and kids as to their newfound excitement in the game.

He is Jon's Right-Hand Man in Unlock Lacrosse and will at times run the sessions on his own.

He is currently the coach of the 2Way Boys 2029 Carolina Team, The RYL 5th Grade B Team, RUns private and group coaching sessions on his own under AFM coaching.
He has worked as an Aide in Elementary Schools, and at the YMCA with kids during the day.
